CRM and Workflow Design
Infinite Time Solution Experts will design a custom work flow for your team to follow as they move your clients' cases toward filing. We work with you and members of your team to identify required actions at each step in the case journey. We also establish time-based parameters to meet firm and trustee deadlines.
Infinite Time Solution workflows can include tools to improve efficiency and accuracy with options such as, automation, tasking, quality review/approval, and more.
CRM Build-Out Training
While we LOVE working with our law firm clients, our goal is to assist you in reaching the point that you do not need us.
We encourage our clients to attend (or assign a member of your team to attend) CRM Design training sessions to learn how to make changes to your workflows as your firm evolves and grows.
Jennifer personally conducts these sessions because she is passionate about the workflow that she has used to help law firms grow. She works diligently to train you or your delegate to make edits and even to build entirely new workflows!
Team Training
Initial Training (Included): Once the design is approved, we build the workflow and then train your team to effectively use the tools. Using web-based meeting software, we will train individuals or small groups how to use the CRM software to complete their tasks. Up to two initial training sessions are included in the CRM and Workflow Design Package. If needed, additional sessions can be arranged, to accommodate larger teams or scheduling needs.
Ongoing Team Support Q&A (Included): After training, we provide 90-days of follow up support to answer questions for your team members. Questions can be submitted to our training team and they can expect a response within 1 business day. There is no limit to the number of questions we will answer for your team during the 90-day post training period.
Optional On-Site Training (Additional Fee):If desired, we can coordinate a site visit to facilitate training in person. This option requires an additional fee and travel expenses.
