Time Guardians play a key role in driving our success. Our law firm partners depend on the Time Guardians to be the first, and often primary, contact person representing them.
Our Time Guardian role is an ideal opportunity for an administrative professional with the right skills, personality, and work ethic to control their schedule. Time Guardians enjoy flexibility, a variety of projects, and introduction to the legal industry – all from home!
Selected candidates will win an initial 4-week probationary contract, which consists of four blocks of 40 hours. After successfully completing the initial contract, Time Guardians may receive an offer to accept a new, auto-renewing agreement for an extended relationship with the potential for a higher compensation rate.
· Professionally represent our law firm partners via email, text messages, and phone (inbound and/or outbound calls)
· Connect with existing clients to collect documents and/or information related to their cases
· Review, identify, and process documents as they are received from clients
· Monitor and process voicemail messages
· Schedule appointments for client meetings with paralegal
· Make outbound calls to connect with potential new clients
· Complete general administrative tasks as requested
· Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in providing exceptional customer service
· Ability to shift between tasks and manage multiple projects
· Prior administrative experience
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Passion for building and nurturing relationships with clients, Account Managers, and teammates
· The ability to absorb, share, and understand information
· The ability to collaborate with others to meet common goals
